FOUP/FOSB Door Cycle Tester
Summit’s life-cycle door tester is a servo-driven high-speed data collection rig. Each of the two separate test bays has 4 load cells, 2 torque sensors, and 3 servo motors. The equipment is capable of running over 35,000 tests per day and automatically curates and exports the test data at the conclusion of the run. The equipment also switches automatically into a slow mode to record high-resolution force, torque, and position profiles at a user-defined interval.
Using servos to actuate the product enables our customers to fine-tune the positions and motion profiles used in the tests. This also allows the machine to record data using different methods depending on the type of test conducted.
