Base Gripper Assembly MACHINE
This machine utilizes four EPSON T3 SCARA robots to make the assembly that are presented to each station on a servo-driven rotary table. One of the stations T3 Robot is guided by the EPSON CV2-H Vision Guide System with a EPSON Super High Resolution 5MP GigE Camera to guide the part into the assembly.
The assembly and parts are checked at multiple stations for accuracy and defects by the Keyence CV-X series cameras. The machine also utilizes IAI actuators with a loadcell for pressing parts together and providing force data for the press.
